Recruitment
Our team can offer a bespoke recruitment campaign to suit your business needs. Drawing upon our network within the Offshore Marine Industry, we maintain dialogue with candidates that are both on and off the market. Our unique selling point is that we have all been involved with Marine Recruitment, along with previously performing the roles in which we advertise. We feel we can offer your business an incredibly unique & personal service, unlike some existing recruiting agencies where the recruiters have no experience and technical background for the roles in which they are recruiting.
One key area where we have highlighted a gap in the market is the lack of existing capability for supporting the transition for prospective candidates from Deep Sea Roles on Tankers to Offshore Roles.
